in 2024 we celebrate the 190th anniversary of the birth of the painter N. Silvanavičius (1834-1919).

We invite you to participate in the public lecture of art historian Dalia Tarandaitė "Paintings of the painter Nikodemos Silvanavičius (1834-1919) in Lithuanian museums", which will be held on October 17. (Thursday) at 5 p.m. Birštonas sacred museum.

The lecture is part of the Project "Known-Unknown Personalities Who Created Lithuanian Culture" run by the Birštonas Museum and financed by the Lithuanian Culture Council.

Entrance is free. Photographs will be taken during the event.
