When you see the singer Rūta Šciogolevaitė on stage, there is not the slightest doubt that she is simply made for this. Radiant charisma, bewitching with a strong, skillfully controlled voice, captivating with artistry and tasteful repertoire, the performer easily captivates the sympathies of listeners in Lithuania and other countries. This is confirmed not only by the full hall, warm applause, but also by her colleagues on the stage: "a very talented singer with a wide, warm, expressive and colorful voice range. It easily obeys different styles of music. She feels good singing not only solo but also in a backing vocal group. The scene is full of energy and inspiration. All listeners are fascinated by her artistry and easy communication" (Studija group vocalist Steponas Januška). Well, the singer Rosita Čivilytė agrees that "Rūta Ščiogolevaitė is one of the few vocalists of the young generation in Lithuania who are able to sing professionally not only in pop, but also in cultures of various styles and genres. Listening to her, it is quite clear that the singer, having mastered the basics of musical writing, freely interprets and phrases. She can defend Lithuania's musical name not only in our country but also abroad."

Paulius Zdanavičius - a pianist known for his many talents, is from Biršton. It was at the Birštonas Jazz Festival that seven-year-old Paulius first got to know jazz.
While studying at LMTA, he formed his first strong group "Julia Jazz Trio" with vocalist Julija Jačėnaita. After completing classical piano and jazz studies at LMTA, the performer also obtained the qualification of a music educator. Since 2003, he has been working as a concertmaster at the Vilnius Conservatory and Vilnius College. Paulius creates songs and compositions for piano and jazz ensembles, arranges music. He makes music with famous national opera soloists, rock and pop music performers, and actors. He performed with various jazz groups in many European countries.

Trumpeter Vytautas Skudas made his debut on the jazz scene in 2000. with the legendary group "Jazz Pictures", which has won many jazz prizes in various competitions. in 2007 with the group "Untitled" he became the winner of the "Vilnius Jazz Young Power" competition.

V. Skudas played with various bands at many festivals in the country, among them more than once in Biršton. Here he presented one of his most mature projects, "Italian Jazz Colors", which was also shown at other concerts, club stages in the country and in Italy. Also in 2016 Birštonas Jazz presented the Tribute To Miles Davis project.

The trumpeter collaborates with jazz pianist Paolo Garbin, saxophonist Tommaso Troncon and drummer Enrico Smiderle from Italy, with double bass player Arman Isojan, he has repeatedly participated in concert programs with Rūta Šciogolevaita, Evelina Sašenko, Paulius Zdanavičius, Eugenij Kanevičius, Lin Būda, rapper Push and other well-known national music.

Vytautas acquired his jazz skills at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, where he obtained the qualifications of a jazz performer and pedagogue. Currently, the musician teaches trumpet at the Broniaus Jonuš School of Music in Vilnius.
