We invite you to an exclusive two-day training camp in Biršton for public procurement specialists. This intensive event will not only help to update your knowledge, but will also provide you with invaluable practical skills necessary for a modern public procurement specialist.
During the camp, you will deepen your knowledge of the nuances of public procurement contracts by analyzing their provisions and practical situations. You will examine the complex aspects of contract enforcement, paying special attention to how to properly manage and resolve unexpected challenges arising from force majeure circumstances in the context of public procurement contracts. These topics will be covered using real-life examples, which will allow you to better understand and apply this knowledge in practice.
The axis of the program is a unique staging/discussion of "Argument Chess", during which you will improve your skills:
