Vytautas V. Landsbergi's satirically lyrical program with anecdotes about Rudnosiuk and Asila, songs and romances.
Rudnosiuk and Asila are cult characters from 1994. "Stories of Rudnosiuk", the first VVL book, was selected as the book of the year. Rudnosiuk and Donkey are like two inner characters living in each of us, who are forever arguing and forever disagreeing. The first is an inner child, an idealist and naive, the second is an inner self-righteous, possessor of a categorical opinion, who can defend it with his hooves at any time.
As Vytautas himself says, this book has been written for over forty years. It continues to be written and has probably the most reprinted versions - it has become a kind of writer's diary, in which the two characters travel through the recognizable hills and marshes of Lithuania's independence, sometimes making friends, sometimes fighting.
We invite you to meet the writer, director Vytautas V. Landsbergius at a concert, during which the performer will share his songs, romances and various stories from Rudnosiuk.
The event will take place in the large hall of the EGO SPA hotel.
