On May 18, the Lithuanian Nordic Walking Association once again invites you to celebrate World Nordic Walking Day in Birštonas. Let's get together to be together with Nordic walking enthusiasts from all over Lithuania.
Venue: Birštonas Sports Center Stadium, B. Sruogos St. 18, Birštonas.
Event program:
10:00-11:00 Arrival, handing out poles, presentation of Nordic walking techniques for beginners.
11:00 Start of the event. Welcome speech.
11:10 Warm-up exercise.
11:15 Start of 10 km and 20 km.
Bring snacks, several stops are planned during the hike. Water in 0.5 l bottles will be provided by the permanent sponsor of this event - UAB "Birštono mineraliniai vandenys" and Ko.
