The entire Verkne river, starting from the upper reaches all the way to the Nemunas, is interesting, not boring and beautiful for kayaking. Flowing water, many turns, interesting, changing shores, natural but surmountable obstacles create a great mood on the trip.
Having started its way in Trakai district, after 77 km Verknė reaches Nemunas a little below Birštonas. The most suitable part for navigation is from Aukštadvari to the estuary. In this section, it is possible to plan 1-4 day itineraries with overnight stays in our tidy, safe homestead.
