H.E. US Ambassador Robert Gilchrist visited Birštonas municipality

The guests were presented with the Birštonas resort, planned projects, opportunities for attracting investments, the roles of the USA and Lithuania in the Ukrainian war, the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius and other important issues. Tourism perspectives and innovations in the tourism sector were presented by Rūta Kapačinskaitė, director of the Birštonas Tourism Information Center.
When the ambassador introduced the partner cities of Birštonas, he joked that among the many partners, only one city from America was missing.
HE US Ambassador R. Gilchrist also visited the Birštonas Museum, where he learned more about the history of our country.
